I showed up a day to early and the receptionist whose name eludes me was kind enough to try and schedule us for that day although not all three of us were able to be seen at least one was taken care of which made our next day appointment not so long. The dental hygienist we had was amazing. She talked Titan through every step of the process and put him at ease. She also talked to my other children that tagged along. She explained everything very well and Titan had a great visit! The Dentist was also very friendly and explained Titans situation very well. We had a great experience and Titan wants to go back, so that's always a good thing!

The office staff and the Doctor were wonderful. I was a new patient with an acute problem and was seen right away. The doctor was very nice, and did my root canal at a discounted rate since my HMo would not cover any of it. I would recommend this office to my friends and family. I came to Plainfield Dental for a second opinion with Dr Reznikov as I trusted him to give me the correct answers. We agreed on a 3 year plan that would involve gum surgery, sinus lift, dental implants and 9 tooth bridge. Dr Ferdkoff was very kind and gentle and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Jessica always took care of my appointments and any billing questions and Nichole has done all my cleanings and provided me with samples and suggestions. I would highly recommend this office as the staff (from the office manager and assistants)are all WONDERFUL!! I wish I had started with them years before.

My dental technician/assistant was very personable, competent and responsive to my questions/concerns. She was a consummate professional, and a genuine asset to your operation.
